The Business Applications Support Specialist assists management, IT Support teams, and employees with configuration, user onboarding, operation, training, and maintenance of computer software application programs. This position is typically the contact person receiving and handling support tickets and resolving support-related issues both in the office and the field/job sites by working with IT support staff, software vendors, and staff. This position reports directly to IT Management.
