In 1987, Dale started his career as an Electrician for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in Detroit, Michigan. Following this, Dale joined Superior Electric in 1993 as a Journeyman Electrician. Over the next 23 years, he moved up through the ranks of the company. Dale acted as a Foreman, General Foreman and a Superintendent from 1995-2005. In 2005, he took the position of Superior Electric’s Shop Superintendent and in 2008, he was promoted to Vice President of Field Operations. By 2015, Dale had earned the title of Executive Vice President, and in August of 2022 President & CEO, where he remains today.

Scott, a CPA licensed in the State of Michigan, was named CFO of Superior Electric in May 2018. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Central Michigan University and began his professional career in Public Accounting at Plante Moran in 1993 where he provided audit, tax and consulting services to clients in the construction and real estate industry for the next 13 years. In 2006, Scott became the Director of Finance for Dickinson Wright. In this role, he managed the accounting and finance function during the law firm’s rapid expansion into Canada and 12 new U.S. markets, primarily through mergers, practice combinations and lateral hires. Scott is a member of the Michigan Association of CPAs and Detroit Area Contractors Association. Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing, fishing, attending sporting events & concerts, and spending time with family.

Sam is an accomplished innovator, leader, and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience helping organizations achieve their business objectives and gain a competitive edge through an effective alignment between its Technology Management and all other business functions. In 1982, Sam served in the United States Army Reserve and the Michigan National Guard, leveraging and managing technology as both a soldier and leader. He retired from service in 2004 as a Major. That same year, Sam founded PMV Technologies, LLC, a managed I.T. Services provider. After a successful run, he sold his business to Konica Minolta Business Solutions, USA in 2011. Sam now serves as the SEGLC CIO. Trained as an ISO 9001 Auditor and fluent in three languages, Sam is the past President and current executive board member of Yad Ezra (Kosher Food Pantry in S.E. Michigan), and he is an active member on various non-profit boards.

Jeff began his career in 1996, learning the craft and basic electrical theory and in 1998 entered a five-year electrical apprenticeship through the IBEW Local 58 program. He became a Journeyman Electrician in 2003 and became a Master Electrician in 2005. As a journeyman, Jeff joined the Superior Electric team in 2003. Over the next 20 years, he worked his way through the ranks of Supervisor, Project Manager, Estimator, Senior Project Manager, and Director of Project Management. In January 2023, he transitioned to his current position as Vice President of Michigan Operations.

Larry is a licensed Electrician who has earned his way to Vice President of Superior’s Tennessee Operations. Starting as an IBEW Apprentice in 1996, Larry then worked through the field ranks of Journeyman, Foreman, General Foreman and Superintendent. After transitioning into the office, Larry became General Manager in 2008 and shortly after was promoted to Vice President in 2011, where he remains today. Larry serves as Chairman of the Board for the local IBEW Apprenticeship Committee, taking an active role in our future leaders’ development. He is also active in supporting the local community, sitting on the board for Flat Creek Community Center.

In 1984, Alan began his electrical career in Nevada before moving to Michigan in 1986. He joined IBEW Local #58 in 1992 and became a Master Electrician in 1993. Al was then hired by Superior Electric the following year. He has worked in a supervisory role for most of his time with the company, working his way up through the ranks. In 2006, he was promoted to the role of Project Manager/Estimator and then to Chief Estimator. Al currently serves as Superior Electric’s Vice President of Estimating.

Steve began his career in the electrical industry immediately after graduating from Michigan State University’s Construction Management Program in 1991. He formed his own Engineering corporation in 1995 and soon after began performing the Engineering services exclusively for Superior Electric. Steve continued to do so for the next 22 years, mainly in the Pre-Construction activities of the company. While teamed up with SEGLC in Pre-Construction, he has instilled a high level of trust, integrity, expertise and reliability with our clientele’s Engineering and Management teams. Consequently in 2017, Steve’s corporation and its employees were acquired by Superior Electric, and he was appointed as the company’s Vice President of Engineering.

Jackie has spent her entire professional career in Human Resources and is a true “hands on” leader. She graduated from Wayne State University and immediately began her HR career. After receiving her master’s degree from Central Michigan University in Human Resources Administration, she owned her own consulting business assisting smaller companies with critical HR issues. While she has worked in several industries, most of her experience has been in the manufacturing/auto sector. Jackie has held several HR Director positions prior to joining Superior Electric. Jackie is member of MISHRM and other local HR associations. Outside of the office, she enjoys spinning, working out, concerts, travel, being at the beach and spending quality time with her family and friends.
