The scope of work performed by Superior Electric at the new MTMUS facility was vast: We were the installing contractor for the entire sitewide 15KV distribution to all of the MTMUS buildings, along with all of the 3rd party on-site suppliers. Upwards of 80,000’ of MV cable was installed during this project. We were also the electrical contractor for the 1.5 million sq ft MTMUS General Assembly/Quality Control building, which included everything on the facility side from 15KV distribution, through substation install, all the way down to the fire alarm system. Lastly, we were the electrical contractor for the construction of the MTMUS Audit building (36,000sqft) and the Main MV Distribution Switch House.
