Ultium II Project Nightsky
Project Nightsky was a core and shell 2.8 million Sq Ft. building for the production of Lithium Ion Batteries, the project was a joint venture between General Motors and LG Energy Solutions. Project included the design and installation of all distribution, mechanical systems, lighting, branch circuits, and fire Alarm systems.
PENTHOUSE SUB
Building Facilities to include MV Distribution, Unit Substation installation, 480/277v & 208/120v Branch Circuit Distribution, Fire Alarm installation and General-Purpose lighting. Paint Process installation to include Paint Booth Lighting and Robotic wiring, Oven power and controls, and repair deck lighting and power.
GM PAINT SHOP BUILDING & PROCESS
In 2021, our team completed a turnkey paint shop at GM’s Spring Hill facility, with our joint venture partner, Hunt Electric. This project was a complete ground-up, turnkey electrical installation including: grounding, temporary power and lighting, site lighting, power distribution, general lighting, fire alarm, energy management and paint process install.
