Scott began his career in the electrical industry while serving in the US Army in 1994. After the Army, he joined a five-year apprenticeship in 1997, introducing him to Superior Electric Great Lakes in 1998 where he worked as an apprentice for a one-year rotation. In 2003 Scott returned to Superior Electric as a journeyman electrician, serving as Field Supervision from 2003 – 2013 at all levels. Working his way up through the ranks, Scott became a Project Manager in 2013, Senior Project Manager in 2015, and Regional Director in 2021. Scott also serves as a core member with the LCI Michigan Lean Community of Practice. In May 2023, he was promoted to Vice President of Ann Arbor Operations, where he continues to serve.
