Steven Reap

Steve began his career in the electrical industry immediately after graduating from Michigan State University’s Construction Management Program in 1991. He formed his own Engineering corporation in 1995 and soon after began performing the Engineering services exclusively for Superior Electric. Steve continued to do so for the next 22 years, mainly in the Pre-Construction activities of the company. While teamed up with SEGLC in Pre-Construction, he has instilled a high level of trust, integrity, expertise and reliability with our clientele’s Engineering and Management teams. Consequently in 2017, Steve’s corporation and its employees were acquired by Superior Electric, and he was appointed as the company’s Vice President of Engineering.

One of Steve’s essential roles is focused on Work Acquisition on large design build / design assist projects by leading teams through the validation phase of construction. He manages teams in engineering , estimating, long lead material procurement and early construction activities to a unified proposal and execution plan.

Steve is also an active leader in most company operations and is a member of the Board of Directors of Superior Enterprise Holdings , Inc.
