Summary: SEGLC performed extensive renovation of Durant-Dort Carriage Factory into what is now GM Flint Factory One. We provided a complete installation of power, lighting, security, IT technologies, and audio/visual systems. This project converted a 140-year-old former Carriage Factory into an architecturally diverse and high-tech museum/office/banquet center, all while maintaining the original look and feel of the factory.
